SHIPPING INFORMATION

No liability can be attributed to PantaRei Brushes in case of delays in ordering or delivery of what is ordered. The delivery of what is ordered is the road plan except: – different communication of our customer service-as provided in the technical data sheet-explicit purchase of plan delivery, where provided at the time of delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check: – that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is stated in the forwarding document by e-mail; – the packaging is intact, not damaged, neither wet nor otherwise altered, even in the materials of (adhesive tape or metallic strips) .Items for packaging and / or product damage or non-conformance to the number of packages or indications must be immediately disputed, including WRITTEN CONTROL RESERVE (SPECIFYING THE RESERVE MOTOR, “packed laundry”, “crushed packing”, etc.) on the courier delivery test. Once the courier’s document is signed, the Customer will not be able to challenge any of the external features of the delivery. Any problems regarding physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported within 7 days of delivery, as provided in this document.In the event of a shortage within 5 working days of the material in stock at the courier’s warehouses due to repeated non-delivery to the delivery indicated by the Customer on the order, the order will be returned to the PantaRei Brushes warehouses.
